Repeat Beauty Favorites…

When I love a product, I buy it over and over again! Today, I wanted to share some of my favorite beauty products that I repurchase all the time! They are so good!

This stuff is definitely my favorite concealer. It goes on well and each bottle lasts me 4-6 months! I wear the color fair. It is on the pricer side, but does the job.

2.  Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast

I bought this for the first time about a year ago! Oh My Goodness! This stuff is amazing and works wonders! It gives me tons of volume and adds the right amount of texture to my hair! I use this right after I curl my hair!

3.  It  Cosmetics CC+ Cream with SPF 50
This has been my go-to foundations for the last several years! I love that it has an SPF. Plus, it does not irritate my skin. I have lots of pink undertones and this foundation does the trick. One tube lasts me about three months. I have not tried their new Bye Bye Foundation Full Coverage Moisturizer with SPF 50+. I plan to purchase it when I run out of my current foundation.

One area that always took the backseat was moisturizers. The past few years, I have been better about taking care of my skin. I have super sensitive skin.  My skin can get irritated quickly and this cream keeps the redness down while also keeping it moisturized. I use this after I wash my face each night.

If you want an eye shadow that lasts all day, then this is it! For just $7.00, this stuff last all day! I have been using this for several years. It goes on smooth and it is super affordable!
I wear the color Bad to the Bronze.

My hairdresser introduced me to this product! I have used it for about and year and it has quickly become a favorite. It moistures my hair and is perfect to use after the shower. It is great protectant against damage! It smells so good!

The has to be my favorite mascara of all time. It adds tons of volume and it makes my eye lashes look nice and long! The only con is that the bottle will build up mascara along the sides.

Have a great Tuesday!

April Beauty Haul….

Hi everyone! Hope you had a great weekend! I spent mine finishing up my spring class.  I turned in a 34 page paper on Friday! It was my longest yet. Five classes down and five left to go! After finishing my paper, I headed to Ulta to pick up a few items.  Some are old and some are new. I thought I would share what I got!

1.  These Real Techniques makeup sponges are the best! I have been using them for almost two years.   I use this for concealer and finishing powder! I always get the pack that comes with two!

2. I am on my second tube of the Tarte concealer. I guess you could say that I am in love! It is on the expensive side, but the last tube lasted me three months!

                 3. This Living Proof dry volume blast is a new purchase for me. I have used a few products from Living Proof before, so I am excited to try this one. When I was checking out, the girl at the counter said that she was in love with this product!

4.  This Buxom lip set is a fun purchase. I saw it in the April catalog and wanted to give it a try. I put the mini sample on in the car and man does this stuff make your lips tingle! It lasted for a good hour to hour and a half. I really like the nudes colors it comes with and it a great way to try out a brand! I have never used Buxom products before. So far I really like the lip products

5 Favorite Beauty Products…

Hi everyone! I wanted to share some beauty products that are current favorites. Some of these have been favorite of mine for quite some time. I have selected 5 that I wanted to share with you.

I got some Infinite Shine nail colors for Christmas. I have been very impressed with how long my nail can last without chipping. I can go 4-days without chipping. It is not like a gel manicure, but it is much more affordable options.

Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator Color: Gilded Honey

Laura Geller's products have been a favorite of mine. I have been eyeing this illuminator for quite some time. If you are looking for a sun-kissed glow, then this is the perfect product. I have worn this the last few days, and it is becoming a make up staple.

It Cosmetics CC Cream (I wear the shade light)

I reviewed this product back in March. It is still a favorite almost a year later. I love that it protects my skin from harmful rays and also give my coverage. I have repurchased these product over and over again. I have pink undertones in my skin, and this evens out my color.

I spray this before and after I apply my makeup. It helps create an even surface and helps it last. It is kind of pricy, but I have been using the same bottle since October, and I am not even half way through it.

Baked Blush Color: Tropic Hues

This baked blush is another repeat review. I love this blush and I have been using this same one for almost a year. It is a great color and works on many skin tones.

Kendra Scott Nail Polish…

Hi everyone! Hope you had a great weekend! I spent some time hanging with my family and enjoying the last days at the pool!

I wanted to share the new Kendra Scott nail polish that came out last week! I have tried both colors and I am obsessed with both! I had to paint my nails the day I got them! I tried the Slate Gray nail polish first!

The color lasted me 5 days! Not bad for nail polish! I think it lasted so long because of the Gel Top Coat

I have linked some of my other favorite colors!

Have a great Tuesday!

How I clean my brushes…

Hi everyone! This past spring, I decided to take the plunge and buy quality make-up brushes. I also knew that I wanted to keep the brushes in good shape. Today I am sharing what I use to keep my brushes clean.

1. First, I place all my brushes in a  mug with a little bit of dish soap.

2. Second, I place my brush clean mat in the sink. It has suction cups on the bottom so that it does not move.

3. Next, I take a brush out of the mug and turn on the water.

The mat has many areas with different textures.

4. I gently use the mat to remove all the make-up from the brush. The picture above shows the makeup coming out of the brush.

The Perfect Tan…

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share how to get that perfect glow. For the past four years, I have be using sunless tanning products. I avoid the sun at all costs. I literally drench myself in sun tan lotion and also wear a hat. In order to keep a glow or sun-kissed look, I either use the Mystic or the Versa Spa. The VersaSpa is my favorite because it smells good and leaves you feeling less sticky than the Mystic. Both or great, it just depends on what you prefer.

Now, you can buy the VersaSpa and Mystic collections to use at home! I have been using the three products above for the past month! The product has no smell and is easy to use with the applicator mitt! When I get out of the shower, this is the first thing I put on.

I have been using the Gradual Tanning Spa Butter each night. If I have an event or a special occasion, I use theBronzing Mist, which gives you instant glow!

I also recommend the Gradual Tanning Face Moisturizer, if you have sensitive skin. It is just the same as the spa butter, but designed for your face.
