What's On My Baby Registry...

Hello! We had our first shower over the weekend. Today, I wanted to share some items that are on my registry!

1. When looking for bath items, I wanted something that was going to be easy to clean as well as convenient. This bath support has so many great reviews! It is an excellent price and can fit in our tub and sink.

2. We are planning to have a few different bottles for Baby G.  These have some excellent reviews!

3. You can never have too many binkys. This one has over 2,000 reviews and 5 stars!

4. These breathable blankets are perfect to keep baby cozy and also use during tummy time. There are so many color options.

5. A bottle warmer is recommended over a microwave to prevent hot spots. This one is under $30!

6. One of my blogger friends for the last several years recommend this carrier to us. I watched her for many years use this brand with her own children. There are so many wonderful prints to choose from.

7. My mom and SIL both have these video monitors. If needed, you can purchase a second camera, but still keep the same monitor. I also love that it does not connect to wifi.

8. We wanted a changer that was going to be easy to clean up. While a cloth one comes is many cute patterns and designs, a changer that is easy to wipe off and clean seems way more convenient.

9. I have heard so many great reviews about this! Such a great place to put baby when you are making a bottle or getting ready.

10. Since finding out that our little guy has an extra special heart, we decided that this was something that would give us peace of mind at night.

11. How adorable are these hooded towels?! I registered for a couple of these! So cute!

12. This drying rack has so many great reviews! Pretty much a must have item.

13. I love that this play mat has so many features! It even converts into a tent! This brand is very thoughtful when it comes to developing their baby products. It has so many great reviews!

14. My nephew slept so well in one of these magic suits! It helps baby transition from the swaddle.

15. These swaddles have great reviews and are perfect to keep baby feeling comfortable.

16. This is our BIG TICKET ITEM. My husband and I went back and forth for a few months about a stroller. Although it is expensive, we love all the features it provides. It comes with a bassinet and toddler seat. We figured the bassinet would be perfect for baby to take naps in and bring inside the house when needed. It has a large storage basket and can convert to fit two babies!

17. A bobby pillow. Perfect for supporting baby while breast feeding.

18. These silicone bibs have great reviews. I love that they are easy to clean and can catch food.

19. A sound machine is essential to keep baby sleeping. This one has so many great reviews. I love that it can be used alongside your phone.

20. This little teether can be used to get baby ready for teeth.

21. A bouncer is a registry given. Keeps baby in a safe spot while you can get a meal ready or work done.

22. A Pack 'N Play is wonderful to have. My SIL used it when we went to Florida last month. This one comes with changer and a place where baby can sleep.

23. Since we know every baby is different, we have no idea if baby will like this swing. It has great reviews and I love that it has many different motions.

24. My SIL recommended these bottles over Dr. Brown's. She told me that they have less parts which makes cleaning them so much easier. This is the perfect starter set.

25. While we originally has the Nose Frida as our nasal aspirator, my brother and SIL both said that they got sick with what the baby had each time this used it.

26. We chose the Uppa Baby Mesa because it goes with our stroller. It has great reviews and is one of the safest carseats out there!

If you have any other recommendations, please let me know!

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale...

Hello! The Early Access Nordstrom sale started this past week. I wanted to share some of my favorites from previous years and what I bought this year.

1. I love a great pair of shoes that I can wear all the time! I love the leopard print and I can't say enough about this brand! These are on my wish list!

2. If you are looking to splurge, this is it! If you only had to buy one thing, this is it. I have a Michele watch that I constantly wear. It is an investment, but such a classic! This is the best time to purchase at a discount!

3. I have two pairs of these stud earrings. They are so fun and come in several colors! These would make a great birthday or holiday gift!

4. I have these pajamas. I bought them a few years ago in black. I wear them ALL THE TIME. They are super stretchy and comfy. I needed a new pair. I bought the purple, but I also have them in black.

5. Tunic sweaters are so easy to throw on with leggings or jeans. I love that you can dress them up or down! I love the side detail and the price is right!

6. I have a pair of these boots and they are simply the best. They are perfect for fall and can be worn with dresses or jeans!

7. If you want long eyelashes, this stuff is for you! My sister and I both use this! It really does give you thicker, longer lashes.

8. If you are in the market for a cozy blanket, this one is so soft and cozy! This is the best price I have seen!

9. These are on my list to try. They have so many great reviews!

10. I was thinking about purchasing these for the hospital after I have baby. I have the pajama set, but these would be great for postpartum.

11. These are the best booties. I bought them last year and I am so glad they are back again. They are waterproof and super comfy! I wore these 24/7 last fall and winter!

12. These sold out so fast on the sale day! I found them on sale somewhere else! I have these already and I just needed a new pair. They are so comfy to wear and perfect for my daily walks!

13. This cuff is perfect to layer and comes in several colors! Would make a great gift!

14. I bought these snakeskin flats for work this fall. They are such a neutral and could be worn with black pants, leggings, or jeans.

Father's Day Gift Guide...

1. My dad is always open to trying new grooming products. I cannot tell you how many he has for his hair. However, his skin care game is lacking and I think this set would be the perfect starting kit.

2. This is more of a splurge worthy item. It is the most expensive of everything that is pictured above.   It is perfect for the DIY or handy man dad. My husband has this table saw and loves it to pieces.

3. You can never go wrong with getting dad a great set of power tools. This drill is perfect because it always comes in handy.

4. How fun are these chili pepper socks!? Wearing fun socks to work is something my dad, brother, and husband can't get enough of!

5. Since Father's Day is in the summer, a fresh pair of swim trunks are perfect for the beach or pool! These come in two colors and have built-in stretch.

6. A classic leather belt is sure to be a hit. It comes in black and brown and can be used to dress up or down and outfit!

7. Boat shoes are perfect for dad to wear during the summer. They are easy to slide on and off. Plus, they are comfortable.

8. For the dad who wants freedom from cords, but wants to enjoy music. These AirPods are perfect for the music loving dad.

9. Every dad looks great in these class Ray-Bans.

10. A fun button-up shirt is perfect for dad. He can dress it up or down and it comes in so many fun prints and fit styles! Great price, too!

11. If you want to help dad stay more organized, then this is perfect for the garage or work area. It is on wheels which makes it easy to move and it has lots of drawers for storage! My mom and my husband both have this! They love it and it is such a great price! Storage like this can run pretty pricey! This is a winner in our house!

12. Birkenstocks are all about comfort and support. These will be sure to make dad's feet happy. These come in several colors and are under $50!

13. A new hat is perfect to keep dad looking sharp. A great way to keep his face protected from the sun!

BumpDate: The first 20 weeks...

Happy Friday! I thought I would share a little bump date with you today! We hit the 20 week mark a couple of weeks ago!

Energy: I feel pretty good! Now that I am on summer vacation, I get to sleep in on most days! I am trying to stay active. My husband and I go on walks just about every day

Baby: We are so thankful that Baby G is measuring right where they are supposed to be. We had a pretty big scare at our 20 week anatomy scan. Thankfully, Baby G will be okay! (I will share more about this soon!) Baby likes to move around a lot. It is such a neat experience to feel! Steven has not felt baby move yet, but our doctor said it would be a few more weeks!

Do we know if it is a Boy or Girl?: Yes, we know the gender of our baby! Funny story goes with finding out! We will share soon!

When is baby due: Baby G is due in September!

Cravings: I have not had any strong cravings with this pregnancy. In the beginning, I craved fresh fruits. For lunch, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are my thing. My husband bought me uncrustables! So good and easy to throw in my lunch for work!

Thanks to everyone who reached out about our pregnancy news. After losing our two babies, the fear of losing another baby was something constantly on my mind.  Miscarriage is extremely painful and can be very isolating. Thanks to those of you who shared your stories with me. It is so helpful to know you are not alone.
I also know that everyone has a chapter they don't read aloud. Be kind, ALWAYS.
