Hi everyone! How is it already the last week of July! 2016 is flying!
The last 6 weeks, I have been eating Acai bowls! It is delicious, filling and healthy. I told my husband the other day, that I feel better the rest of the day!
Acai Berry super fruit pack (I bought mine at Whole Foods/comes in a pack of 4)
Sweetner (I use Splenda)
1/4 cup Almond Milk
Blend together Almond Milk, 1/2 banana and Acai super fruit pack. Once blended, pour into bowl.
Next, add toppings of your choice! I drizzle a little honey over the top when I am finished! So delicious!
